  • What am I registering for?

    You are registering for The Lumineers Tour Pass! This pass will give you the opportunity to receive select perks at the show(s) you are attending on The Automatic World Tour.

  • What exactly is The Lumineers Tour Pass?

    The Lumineers Tour Pass is a digital pass registrants can add to their Apple Wallet or Google Pay depending on the device.

    If you qualify for select perks, they will be sent to your Pass, Email, and/or SMS, prior to show day.

  • Is The Lumineers Tour Pass a ticket to the show?

    No, you still need your official ticket to enter the venue and attend the show. If you still need tickets to a show, buy tickets now at thelumineers.com/tour

  • Is there a certain time I need to register by?

    We advise registering by Wednesday, the week prior from the show(s) you are attending. Registration will close when The Lumineers take the stage.

  • I’m at the show, can I still register?

    Yes, you can register when you’re at the show.

  • When will I receive my Wallet Pass?

    Registrants will receive their Wallet Pass immediately after registration, so be sure to check your text messages or Email. Reply Y to the SMS opt-in text to receive your perks via SMS.

  • How do I access my Wallet Pass?

    Once you've successfully downloaded the Tour Pass after registering, the pass can be found in your smart phone's Wallet app.

  • Who qualifies for perks on the Tour Pass?

    Fans who are registered for the show they’re attending AND have added their Tour Pass to the Wallet on their mobile device are qualified for select perks.

    You will not qualify unless you have downloaded the Tour Pass to your Wallet on your mobile device. It is highly recommended you download the Tour Pass immediately upon receiving your initial email or reminder email to ensure eligibility. If you wait until the week of the show to download your pass, there is a likely chance you will miss perks.

  • What kind of perks will I qualify for?

    There will be surprise perks at select North American stops on The Automatic World Tour. You will be notified closer to the show date if you qualify for these perks.

  • How will I receive my Tour Pass perks?

    You will be notified of your available perks via Email and Push Notification. If you reply Y to the SMS Opt-In, you will also receive an SMS.

    To turn on your push notifications via Pass:

    For iOS users: turn on "Automatic Updates" and "Allow Notifications" on the back of your pass. Also head to Settings → Notifications → Wallet and turn on "Allow Notifications" for perk notifications.

    For Android users: check your Email and SMS for perk notifications!

  • Does everyone in my party need to register for a Tour Pass?

    Perks available through The Lumineers Tour Pass are exclusive to Pass holders only, so we highly recommend having everyone in your party sign up for their own Pass!

  • What if I don’t see my show listed for The Lumineers Tour Wallet Pass registrations?

    The Lumineers Tour Pass is only available for select North American shows on The Automatic World Tour. If you do not see the show you’re attending listed, that show is not supported by the program.

  • I purchased tickets for multiple people. How does the Tour Pass work for my entire party? What about minors?

    Select perks will cover everyone in your party. However, other perks may be exclusive to individual pass holders, so we highly encourage everyone in your party to sign up for their own Pass.

    If you are attending the show with a minor, you do not need to sign up on their behalf. Any perks/experiences sent to you will accommodate accompanying minors.

  • What if I bought a ticket from someone else? Will I still receive my perks?

    If they have transferred the ticket to your account, you still have the possibility to receive perks.

  • If I’m attending multiple shows, do I have to register for each show date?

    Yes! You will only receive one Tour Pass but please register for each show you are attending so you can be eligible for offers.

  • I am attending a show, but someone else purchased the tickets, can I still register for a Tour Pass?

    Yes! We encourage that everyone attending The Automatic World Tour, regardless of who purchased the tickets, registers for their own Pass.
